Texas Health Match will not give, rent, sell or otherwise release any of the information you have provided us unless required by law, except:

- If you decide to post your resume on Texas Health Match, the information you provide in your resume submission, along with your name and contact information you provide in your Texas Health Match registration, will be accessible to employers, recruiters who purchase access to the resume database. Therefore, you should carefully consider what information you provide in your resume submission. Texas Health Match is not responsible for employers, recruiters who re-disclose your resume information to 3rd parties without Texas Health Match's knowledge or permission.

Information Collection

We collect personal information (such as your name, email address and any other details you provide to us that identifies you as an individual) from you when you submit a request for information or when you submit your details for any other reason.
